The Website Development Cycle

1. The client makes an enquiry about a website stating the requirements.
2. AOK Internet Limited (hereafter known as AOK Internet) confirms that the enquiry has been received and advises on suitable options, cost and when work can begin.
3. Below is a table with example prices for a static/brochure type website;

 (*) Hosting and Web Space is based on the ‘Business Basic’ package and an annual payment. Upgrades are available.

All prices quoted exclude VAT and are applicable at 17.5%

4. AOK Internet will produce three initial mock-ups for the client to comment, suggest changes required and decide which layout and design they wish to commission. 
5. The client agrees upon a commission by confirming the requirements, paying AOK Internet the required 50% deposit and supplying AOK Internet with any content (ie text, images, photos etc) required to carry out the commission.
6. AOK Internet begins work and within 2-3 days of the agreed start date, uploads a preliminary start page to an AOK Internet's server for the client to view and comment upon.
7. Within a 2-4 week period the website is constructed on an AOK Internet server using feedback from the client.
8. When AOK Internet and the client are satisfied that the website meets the criteria agreed in the commissioning process, AOK Internet sends an invoice to the client.
9. When payment has been received from the client, the website is published on the client's web space.
10. If the client wishes AOK Internet to undertake maintenance of the web site, an agreement is reached about pricing where the maintenance is over and above the minor changes provided within our standard Web Design service.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions your statutory rights are not affected.

AOK Internet Limited reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in the AOK Internet Terms and Conditions.
