Billing

All your invoices will be available to you on-line and if you wish, to view your invoices in a printer-friendly format..
You will have 24 hour a day access to all your financial information through your control panel.
We aim to give you 100% accurate and reliable billing. If we mess it up, you won't get any lame excuses!

Privacy and Security

We will never sell your personal details to other companies.
We do not store details of your credit/debit cards on our systems. Whilst it may be a pain having to re-entry your payment details each time you wish to purchase, it removes a level of complexity and risk.
All your personal information is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We fully comply with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and your rights to see the information we hold about you.
All customer data is held on secure servers and is encrypted

Complaints

All complaints will get a formal response within 24 hours.
All complaints will be investigated and fully documented and confirmed with you.
A Director will see and respond to all complaints.
